  3. Replacement/Exchange Delivery will be done within 5-7 Business days.
  4. Generally we do not provide any kind of refund, but if approved – Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
  5. Video Evidence is Mandatory:
    • To process your return request, you must provide a clear video recording showing the condition of the package and item.
    • It is highly recommended to record the video before opening the package, ensuring the seal and contents are visible.

Replacement Window and Terms

  • The replacement request must be raised within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a replacement.
  • Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

      • A brief description of the problem.

    • Once we receive your request, our team will review the video and assess the issue.
    • If approved, we will initiate the replacement process and guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • No Return or Replacement Without Video Proof: Requests without video evidence will not be entertained.
  • Timely Requests Are Essential: Ensure you initiate the replacement process within the 2-day window to avoid disappointment.
  • Non-Eligible Scenarios: Products damaged due to misuse, regular wear and tear, or any issue not reported within the specified timeframe are not eligible for replacement.
